About Colin
A farm boy from birth, Colin spent his childhood building the strength
and dedication necessary to teach and instill the value of fitness in
those he trains. From the time his legs could carry him, his muscle
playing football, and wakeboarding at the lake.
By the time he hit high school, the gym was his home away from home.
Colin is proud to be a graduate of the Cooper Clinic in Dallas, a former
24-Hour Fitness Fitness Instructor, and well versed in the art of fitness.

who is committed to changing their lives through working out.
