So I am guessing by now you have all seen The Shake Weight, a legitimate infomercial product on TV and now a smash hit on You Tube. No I don't know about you, but the one thing that I do know is that as a fitness trainers I have never been able to get someone in shape i 6 minutes a day! Quite frankly I know of one of the trainers in the video and he is not from California, he lives here in Frisco. My point being, is that they will find anyone to promote such weight loss products just to get you to buy it.
Someone is making money of these crazy devices and maybe it is time for us to realize that they just don't work. What does work is old fashion weight training, cardio and eating a normal diet and lifestyle changes.
