Does
Male Andropause cause testosterone levels decrease with age? Latest research from
Frisco Personal Trainer, tells us that men tend to develop male Andropause more gradually than their female counterpart. Male Andropause can begin as early as the mid-twenties as men begin to lose male hormones including testosterone, thyroid, human growth hormone and DHEA. The aging process begins in earnest because of the loss of hormones.
Because female Andropause is so sudden, the effect of declining hormones is much more obvious. But these same effects in men are more gradual and over time are easier to accommodate, and as a result, they often don’t think to admit that they need help. For the most part, men don’t talk about Andropause. It’s not a manly thing to do. Between the ages of 35-45, men see a marked continual decline in keeping and maintaining erections. Ejaculation is not as powerful, and their stamina and endurance have waned as well.
What happens to men that treat male Andropause by replacing the male hormones? Here is a list of reported changes from men:
Increase in mental quickness
Improved enthusiasm for daily life
Depression lifts that they didn’t know was there
More energy and a desire to be more active
Increase in sex drive demonstrated by night dreams, spontaneous erections and an overall increased interest in sex
Improved muscle tone and reduced fat

Replacement treatments approximates the natural, endogenous production of the hormone. The average male produces 407 mg of testosterone per day. Several different types of replacements are currently sold including tablets, injectable, and trans dermal systems. Anyone using this replacement therapy should be monitored by a physician regularly.
This therapy is contraindicated in men with carcinoma of the breast or prostate, as it may cause rapid growth of these tumors. Men with benign prostatic hypertrophy-related bladder outlet obstruction are also not candidates for this kind of replacement. Read this abstract for more detailed cautions.
Male Andropause can effect the levels of testosterone and as a result, the male sex drive. For more information, bookmark this page as a good testosterone source.

Dietary sources of L-Arginine Mega Cardio Health PLus
L-Arginine Mega Cardio Health Plus was first isolated from a lupin seedling extract in 1886 by the Swiss chemist Ernst Schultze. L-Arginine Mega Cardio Health Plus is a conditionally nonessential amino acid, meaning most of the time it can be manufactured by the human body, and does not need to be obtained directly through the diet. The biosynthetic pathway however does not produce sufficient arginine, and some must still be consumed through diet. Individuals who have poor nutrition or certain physical conditions may be advised to increase their intake of foods containing arginine. Arginine is found in a wide variety of foods, including:
Animal sources: dairy products (e.g. cottage cheese, ricotta, milk, yogurt, whey protein drinks), beef, pork (e.g. bacon, ham), poultry (e.g. chicken and turkey light meat), wild game (e.g. pheasant, quail), seafood (e.g. halibut, lobster, salmon, shrimp, snails, tuna)
Vegetable sources: wheat germ and flour, buckwheat, granola, oatmeal, peanuts, nuts (coconut, pecans, cashews, walnuts, almonds, Brazil nuts, hazelnuts, pinenuts),
The benefits and functions attributed to oral ingestion of L-arginine include:
- Precursor for the synthesis of nitric oxide (NO)
- Stimulation of the release of growth hormone.
- Improves immune function
- Reduces healing time of injuries (particularly bone)
- Quickens repair time of damaged tissue
- Reduces risk of heart disease
- Increases muscle mass
- Reduces adipose tissue body fat

To Raise Metabolism means the total number of calories you burn in a 24 hour period. Per day, you have a set point of calorie burn. When you raise metabolism you need to raise your caloric intake as well to keep your body burning more fat. Furthermore you will need to exercise with weights as well to increase metabolism. Lowering calories can and will cause adrenal burnout.
Repeatedly you have might read from the articles about accelerating the rate of metabolism. The most common reasons are consuming highly nutritious food and performing workouts. If your metabolism rate is slower, it shows you are burning less of calories. In order to increase the rate, you must follow the below tips:
Here are your 10 Free tips.
1) Do not observe fasting because you burn too many calories at once, which is really harmful to your body. In this process your muscles turn weak and you face dehydration rather than minimizing the fat content.
2) Dine about 6-8 times a day by consuming nutritious items such as fruits and vegetables.
3) A heavy rate of metabolism. Since you are awake for the whole day, the rate of metabolism will increase with breakfast.
4) There are many kinds of healthy fats available such as nuts, fish, olive oil, and flax oil. They can be the substitutes for processed carbs.
5) Consume less of sugar so that the insulin production is regulated and you will thus burn calories easily.
6) Eat about 1 gm of protein per pound because the excessive fat content will be drained away.
7) Remember that alcohol is uprightly harmful for the people planning to loose weight. It prevents fat burning and contains almost 100s of calories.
8) Green tea and water are the best forms of beverages that do not affect the metabolism process. So use them instead of tea, coffee and alcohol.
9) Night shifts are normally not advisable, but if you think they are unavoidable then follow the above-mentioned tips carefully.
10) In order to make your metabolism process effective use the Turbulence Training manual that provide you right instruction to perform workouts..jpg)
In closing, always remember that your metabolism will go up or down depending on your exercise level, experience level, metabolic factors hormone balance and of course natural environment factors. When you workout out too much with little food( fuel) in your system, you will slow your rate.
