This past Saturday, we attended the MMA fights in Frisco Sports bar, 3rd Base. The fights were awesome. We watched as Chuck Ladell got his butt whooped again and a few others . The 3rd Base Sports Bar in Frisco is a great place to see the MMA fights. There is great visability from all corners of the bar and the food is excellent.
This is my 3rd time going to 3rd base in Frisco and I am sure attend again very soon. There were Frisco personal trainers in attendance, Laura Reider, JC Mayorga, Ken Karnack and an old friend Weldon, from Golds Gym in Plano.
We encourage other Frisco Fitness people to join us next fight, it is just a good time with friends.

Well, I have heard that glutoplasty was a real surgery years ago, butt I had no idea it was really true or even a threat to our health. In a world were we are all health concerned are we that concerned that mush to riskour lives over a body part!
Today, the former Argentina Miss Argentina, 38, Solange Magnano died from a surgery on her buttocks. The article says that the injection went right to her lungs and brain.
You can get great shape in your rear if you work at it. Most fitness professionals would try to talk you out of a "butt Job" and recommend squats, lunges, leg lifts and a healthy diet..
To send your condolences on Solange Magnano's Facebook, go here.

Tiger's exercise and fitness routine is simple and extensive. Tiger believes that every exercise and fitness routine should include, cardio training, weight training and stretching.
Tiger works on mostly control, balance and flexability with moderate weight training, which is a good way for anyone starting to work out should incorporate into their exercise and fitness routine.

Yesterday Barack Obama held a press conference and talked about the Obama healthcare 4 minute speech. I have not noticed any word of decreasing calorie intake to lose weight as part of the plan. You see, if we eat less and work out more we could shave off billions of dollars.
Maybe we should write to Mr. Obama and ask if he would include this in his plan. After all, we are all still a prt of the govenenment and have our own responsibility. We can blame him for everything, but we eat too much, don't work out enough and we are a big contributor to the rise in health care, right?
