Personal Trainer Frisco Guide to Reducing Fat:
So lately I keep questions on how to lose weight and how many calories should I eat. Well, it is simple solution to this if you really think about it, eating fat is not a bad thing. Your doctor will tell you that you need to reduce your calories and workout more.
Eat more fat to burn fat is a great way to reduce the amount of fat on your body. Eating carbs will increase your insulin levels that promotes fat storage. Eating more protein and fat will reduce the release of insuliln and increase growth hormone that burns fat.
How many times have you heard that growht hormone is the fountain of youth? It burns fat, it makes you feel younger and that is one of the most powerful hormones that your body produces.
You do not need to inject HGH, you or body will release enough if you show it how. Increase fat, reduce carbs and increase protein. Most people can't seem to get this idea in their brain, mostly because your doctor will tell you that is is dangerous, you will produce ketones that the brain will burn and your kidneys will fail, you will die.
Yeah OK doc. No problem. That is a lie. They fail to tell you the most important part. If you sit around, your kidneys will not clear the keytones and your kidney will suffer and you MIGHT die.
If you workout, you can increase your fat intake and you r kidneys will dispel the keytones and you will burn more fat. It is the cars that are sabotaging your diet. More carbs increase glycogen and it can increase more cortisol. Oh ha, now we are starting to get it, right?
Here is a great question that I have for you,
Is there such thing as an essential carboydrate?
Do we need carbs to live?
There are essential proteins and fats, where are the essential carbs?
No one can answer this question. No one seems to really know if we need them or not. There are great for energy, but not a nessesity to live.
What is your opinion?

Women with lean and strong body types are today admired and not passed off as too masculine. Curves defined by muscle mass are here to stay. If you are a woman wanting to look like those female fitness models on magazine covers, here is how to.
Lift Those Pink Weights
Don’t be scared of heavier weights. You just cannot bulk up by doing weight training unless you are also on steroids. That’s because women simply don’t have the testosterone to become that way. You’d be lucky if you are able to add half a pound of muscle mass to your frame in one month.
Pick up those weights and work out vigorously without fear. This will get you in shape faster than any other method. Weight training will make you smaller and curvier in quick time.
Your weight may go up, but don’t worry as a pound of muscle uses much lesser space than a pound of fat.
Cardio Is Next
Women like to do cardio for hours together and not step into any other section of the gym. Ask yourself, have those hours on the treadmill really made so much of a difference? Probably not.
The truth is that you adapt quickly to cardio.
Unless you make drastic changes to your cardio routines, there is not much efficiency in them to burn calories. You just go on wasting time.
So the secret of doing cardio is to do it is high intensity bursts. Get your body out of the comfort zone to melt your fat quickly. Next time you go to the gym or go for a jog, perform just a 20 minute cardio session, but not at a steady pace. Alternate a 30 second extremely intense burst with a 90 second moderate intensity interval. It’s not easy, and it’s not meant to be.
Eat Those Carbs
Carbohydrates are not evil so long as you have them in moderation. They taste good, don’t they? So have them, but control the portions. The best time to eat carbs is before and after workouts. The body needs them at that time as they go straight to the muscle tissues, not fat stores.
Don’t Fear the Fats
Women need the fat! Don’t run away from fats if you want to lose fat. It’s hard to understand but it’s true. It’s part of women’s constitution.
Instead of cutting out the fat totally from your diet, cut out the sugar. Insulin level surges are what you need to control in order to ward off hunger and fat storage. Insulin is the fat storage hormone.
The macronutrient that affects insulin levels the least is dietary fat. So don’t fear the dietary fat. Enjoy the taste that it brings to the food.
Exercise the Glutes
All women like a toned curvy backside. Exercises to achieve this include one-legged squats, lunges, hamstring curls and regular squats. Cardio will not do it for you. Hit those glutes
So work out differently if you want to look different. Change your habits to look like one of those female fitness models.

Hey, check this cool video out on fitness model Jennifer Nicole lee. Rare footage of a super model.
So you're a wannabe are you? You wannabe a fitness model?
Well, that's good to hear, I would bet a million dollars right now that you look stunning and have a beautiful shape. But what makes you think you can just be a fitness model, and a successful one at that?
This is a cut-throat business with thousands of gorgeous, hard bodies all competing for few jobs. What makes you so special and sets you apart from all the other beautiful faces?
Let me ask you a few questions of the top of my head:
1. Are you tough?
2. Have you a desire to succeed?
3. Does the camera love you?
4. Can you keep in good shape?
5. Are you prepared to educate yourself?
6. Can you act in a professional manner?
These are just some of the many questions you should ask yourself. Before you even decide the type of fitness model to want to become. And they all should be answered with a big YES.
1. Are you tough? Because there are thousands of women, and men, who would love to be fitness models just, like you do. The competition among fitness models to put it mildly is tough.
2. Have you a desire to succeed? Well, only you know that. If you haven't a burning desire to succeed you won't, it's as simple as that. As the saying goes, "Success waits for no man", or woman. You have to go and get it.
3. Does the camera love you? The camera either loves you or it doesn't. If it doesn't it's down to you to keep working with different photographers until you find one that photographs you well.
4. Can you keep in good shape? Being a fitness model means you have to stay in good shape all the year round because you will miss photo opportunities if you don't.
5. Are you prepared to educate yourself? Learn about the industry. Do research and attend shows. Research the show before you go and see whom the important people are. Approach them, don't just stand there looking pretty, you're not the only pretty one there.
6. Can you act in a professional manner? This covers everything you do especially your reputation. This is a business. Whenever you do a shoot you may ask for references afterwards. Your conduct, punctuality, attitude etc, are all considered before they will give you a glowing reference.
These, and many more questions you are going to be asking yourself. Before your dream of becoming a top fitness model becomes a reality?
Fitness modeling is not for everyone. Find out if you have what it takes, and learn all the steps needed to break into this competitive industry and set yourself apart from others just like you.
Invest and educate yourself about the fitness model business. You can do this by learning the techniques, tips, tools, tricks that will get you noticed and keep your face in front of the people who matter the most to your success. The agents, the fitness agency, photographers, magazine executives. Then there's the marketing specialist within the various health and fitness product lines.
There are dangers that you need to protect yourself from.
Don't reinvent the wheel learn from the mistakes of others. Breaking into the fitness modeling industry appears more difficult than it is. Most people use too much energy and effort because they are doing it wrong. Then they just give up because they get discouraged and think they will never get there.
Working for athletic equipment companies, getting shoots for glossy magazines, modeling fitness clothing. It's all possible if you know the right steps to take. And taking the the right steps is the edge you need that will make you special and set you apart from all the other pretty faces.

Time to crush 2 more nutrition myths and prove to you that you caneat your favorite foods while losing fat.
Fitness Trainers Dallas Nutrition Myth #1 - Fruit Makes You Fat
This. Is. Ridiculous.
No one, and I repeat, NO ONE is fat because they eat too much fruit. As a Fitness Trainer in Dallas, I will tell you that this is ridiculous. You can eat fruit, veggies and almost anything in moderation.
Let's clear things up. Yes, fruit contains sugar. But fruit alsocontains fiber and water and fills you up for just a few calories.
Check out this calorie chart of our favorite fruits:
* 1 cup of cherries = 75 calories
* 1 medium apple = 75 calories
* 1 medium banana = 100 calories
* 1 cup blueberries = 80 calories
* 1 date = 25 calories
* 1 grapefruit = 80-100 calories
* 1 orange = 60 calories
* 1 peach = 40 calories
* 1 cup pineapple = 65 calories
* 1 cup strawberries = 45 calories
* 1 cup watermelon = 50 calories
So seriously, let's just say you ate that entire list...you're still only at about 750 calories.
Compare that to these common foods - the ones that really make us fat.
* Grande Iced Caffe Mocha = 200 calories
* Grande Caramel Frappuccino = 430 calories
* Starbucks Low Fat Blueberry Muffin = 430 calories (only 1g fiber!)
* Plain Bagel = 300 calories (2g fiber - whoop-de-doo!)
You see my point? And we're worrying about "fruit making us fat"?
Sheesh.
Whooooaaa, don't eat that 75 calorie apple, you might get fat!(Note: Sarcasm)
Heck, there are days this summer when I've had:
* 1/2 a watermelon
* 2 apples
* 1/2 cup blueberries
* 1/2 cup strawberries
* 2 peaches
* 5 dates
* 2 bananas
* 1 pear
And you can see from my Facebook photos that fruit isn't making mefat.
So the myth that fruit makes you fat is a joke. The truth is thatfruit is healthy for you and fills you up and helps you LOSE fat.
Fitness Trainers Dallas Nutrition Myth #2 - You can't eat delicious foods while losing fat
This is not true. However, "delicious" is a subjective term, right?
So what I might think is awesome (natural peanut butter sandwicheson flax bread with blueberries), might be your idea of boredom.
You do not have to give up your favorite foods completely when youare on a fat loss program.
Now I'm not going to lie and say you can eat whatever you want, andhowever much you want, every meal and every day.
You just need to harness the power of portion control and improvethe overall quality of your diet, and you'll still be able to get alean and sexy body this summer with your favorite foods.
So keep your nutrition SIMPLE. Focus on whole, natural foods andlimit high-calorie, high-sugar foods to just a couple of treats perweek. Combine that with your favorite Turbulence Training workouts and you'll lose fat fast.

Dallas Personal Trainer Ready to crush some nutrition myths?
I get extreme nutrition questions all the time. In fact, just yesterday I was asked about whether it was bad to eat carbohydratesand protein at the same time. I can't stand that type of obsessive-compulsive thinking. There's no reason to be worried about that kindof tiny detail.
So here are two nutrition myths I crushed while down in California hanging out with friends and celebrating my buddy Bedros Keuilian'sbirthday down over the weekend. (By the way, by ignoring thesemyths, I ate amazing meals and still didn't gain any fat!)
Dallas Personal Trainer Myth #1) You can't eat late at night
I blew that one out of the water on the first night I arrived. Myflight from Toronto to Orange County was at 6pm Thursday. I atebefore I went to the airport, and then aside from a few almonds onthe plane, I didn't eat until I arrived at 8pm California time.
So that's 5 hours past my normal dinner time.
But "nutrition experts" are going to tell me I can't eat now?
They are going to send me to bed without any supper?
Who do they think they are, some kind of evil villain from a MotherGoose nursery rhyme?
Some type of wicked step-mother nutrition witch, or something?
Well, I'll have my dinner whenever I want, thank you very much. Andif that means eating at 9pm, then that's when I'll eat.
The bottom line: It's not WHEN you eat, it's HOW MUCH you eat.
By the way, just to horrify these so-called nutrition experts evenmore, I even ordered a pizza when I ate at 9pm last Thursday. Thenagain, I ate dinner with Mr. Cheat Diet, Joel Marion...
Dallas Personal Trainer Myth #2) You must use protein shakes if you want to lose fat/gainmuscle
Survey says, "Wrong!"
There has never been a scientific study showing that you'll buildmuscle or burn fat better if you eat more than 1.8 grams of proteinper kilogram of bodyweight.
That translates to LESS than one gram of protein per pound of bodyweight.
So yes, it's fine to round up to one gram per pound, BUT that ONLYworks if you are relatively lean.
If you are more than 20% fat, you do NOT need anywhere near onegram of protein per pound of bodyweight.
Let's say you're a 175 pound guy or a 145 pound woman with 20% fat.
At most, you'll need one gram per pound of LEAN body mass (that'syour total weight minus your fat weight).
So our man would need 140 grams of protein and our female wouldneed 115 grams of protein per day.
That is SO EASY to get through REAL FOOD that you don't need tosuck down the "swill" that nutrition stores sell you (aka - proteinpowder).
Just check out how much protein you get from REAL food:
* One cup of any dairy product = 8-10 grams of protein
* One ounce of meat =
7-10 grams of protein
* One ounce of fish = 6 grams of protein
* One egg = 7 grams of protein
* One cup of kidney beans or black beans = 15 grams of protein * One tbspn peanut butter = 4 grams of protein
* One slice of bread = 5 grams of protein (!)
So you see, you don't need bad-tasting powders when you can eatreal, delicious foods for all your protein needs.
Instead, keep your nutrition SIMPLE. Focus on whole, natural foodsand limit high-calorie, high-sugar foods to just a couple of treatsper week. Combine that with your favorite Turbulence Trainingworkouts and you'll lose fat fast.

Frisco, Texas is on the rise as one of the fastest growing cities in the US due to its outstanding location just minutes from the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex. The town is located in the booming "Golden Corridor" along the newly extended Dallas North Tollway.
Frisco straddles Collin and Denton counties, and offers prime real estate on the east and west side of the North Dallas Tollway. It is bordered by the City of Little Elm to the west (Lake Lewisville), Plano to the east which is close to the Northern tip of Dallas. It takes roughly 25 minutes to reach downtown from Frisco, TX.
The City of Frisco has kept up with the population explosion by building new venues for entertainment, shopping and dining. Residents of this exciting city don't have to venture far to find sporting events at the Dr. Pepper Center and Rough Riders Stadium or shopping at Stonebriar Mall. Restuarants and retail outlets are cropping up as fast as they can be built, making Frisco Texas a great place to live!
Frisco Texas Real Estate
You can find Frisco Real Estate for just about every need from the Townhomes of the Bella Casa neighborhood off the Tollway by DR Horton to the new homes in Grayhawk, to the existing homes in The Trails of West Frisco, there is no end to the home and custom homes you'll find.
Frisco also has a number of golf courses and luxury estates by customer builders such as Huntington Homes, Highland and Sotherby. Luxury homes with such features as fireplaces and swimming pools are available in subdivisions such as Stonebriar Creek, Starwood, and the Villages of Stonebriar Park.
Although the majority of housing options are single-family homes, there are some condos and townhouses available starting in the mid-$100,000s. Because of the explosive growth in Frisco, land and lots for custom home builds are available, but they are going fast. Frisco is loaded with new home neighborhoods and local home builders such as Mercedes Homes and David Weekley. Popular neighborhoods in Frisco include: Chapel Creek, Heather Ridge, Heritage Green, Cypress Creek, Pearson Farms, Shaddo9ck Reek Estates, Starwood, Stonebriar and the Trails of West Frisco.
Frisco Entertainment
Frisco is quickly becoming “the place to be” on the weekends with the following options for shopping, concerts, shows and sporting events:
· Dr. Pepper 7/Up Ballpark
· Pizza Hut Soccer Park
· Dr. Pepper Star Center (Hockey Stadium)
· Stonebriar Center (Shopping Mall)
· Westin Stonebriar Resort
Frisco Schools
Frisco Texas Schools are great because of the low teacher-student ratio. It's as much of a privilege to teach in Frisco as it is to be a student here. Frisco ISD is considered to be among the fastest growing school districts growing by 20 to 30% annually for the past eight years. In 1995 Frisco had just four schools, today we have 29 new schools in development with 18 of those schools currently functioning. Frisco continues to raise the standardized test score averages of its students, which are well above state and national averages.
FISD takes security seriously with a number of safety/security systems in place or underway. The security measures implemented for the schools include high resolution cameras in highly traffic areas, security on campus and controlled access.
The sizes of the schools in Frisco are intentionally smaller than the national average. Elementary schools are built to educate 700 students, middle schools serve 800 to 1,000 and highschools serve just 1500 to 1800 students.
The reason for Frisco's commitment to smaller teacher/student ratio is to allow teachers and students to form better relationships and to serve the children's need to be involved in extracurricular activies.

Most experts claim that women can't build big female biceps, and there is a particular grain of truth to that. Testosterone is what allows for huge bulky female muscles in men, and the far majority of women can't bulk up huge due to the lack of testosterone, which makes sense since that is a male hormone.
For most women who do strength training for toning and slimming purposes, this is great news. Most women can't bulk up unless they follow a very specific high carb, high protein diet with supplements and an incredibly hard weight lifting regiment. Once again, for most women who want to look really good and not bulky, this is a really good thing.
However for female muscle bodybuilders, who aim to have impressive huge biceps, this is an unfortunate detail to deal with. Female bodybuilders who want great female biceps have to take on two obstacles to literally force biceps growth, but it is possible.
The first thing women who want bigger female biceps should do is to concentrate on cutting down the reps, and adding more weight to your weight lifting program. Training in the gym is definitely necessary as opposed to bodyweight training at home. The gym will have professional training equipment that provides better benefits for bulking up as opposed to just push ups and body weight exercises that can only do so much before become toning exercises.
Instead of doing sets of ten or twelve reps, up the weight as heavy as you can safely lift and do two to three types of bicep weight lifting exercises for big female biceps, and do 3 sets of 6-8 reps of each – no more! If you find this is too easy, then it's time to increase the weight.
The second thing that women bodybuilders have to deal with in order to build up award winning female biceps is heavy protein supplements. There's no way around this.
Protein is required for building muscles, and since women are naturally at a disadvantage at building up female biceps because of the lack of testosterone. This can be overcome by using heavy protein supplements and increasing the weight of biceps exercises while decreasing the reps. This combination can be very effective in overcoming any natural disadvantages. Female biceps can be built up, but the heavy weight exercises and extra protein supplements are a necessary part of that.
Some female bodybuilders have been known to use hormones, but this is not a natural way of bodybuilding and like the use of steroids, can have harmful physiological effects. Hormones should not be used, especially when heavier weight training and major protein supplements are enough for female bodybuilders to get major female biceps that will hold up in any competition.
Train smartly, train safely, and let an appropriate diet and exercise regiment be your guide to building better female biceps, and you can not only accomplish your goals, but do it in a healthy way that you can be proud of.

When you look back over the early years of Charles Atlas, a female muscle bodybuildier would have been regarded almost as an outsider to the sport. It just 'wasn't right' to see a woman displaying muscles. They were there to support their male partners who were competing.
